Four Skills to Improve on.

Self reflection is important part of a fulfilling life. It helps us become better human beings, and find success. Within the next few months we are moving. This is a perfect time to take stock, and see what can be changed in my daily life. These are four skills that I am trying to improve on.

Learning to let things go. I am way too hard on myself and it creates so much stress. I make mistakes, and tend to get wrapped up in them. I am  trying to learn to let these things go. I want to let things go, and move forward with positivity.

Practice self care. Time goes by so quickly, my struggle is taking time to take care of my needs. This leads to me getting worn down. I can’t be productive if I am tired. I need to take time slow down, and practice self care.

Become more organized. My philosophy has always been one of controlled chaos. In truth, this could continue if that was my wish. But If I want to be successful, I need to step it up. Organization needs to be implemented in all levels of my life. This will help me maintain focus and stay positive.

Put my passions first. Right now I am somewhat lost. My belief is this is partially because I have been trying to live up to the expectations of others. My path has led to where others have thought I would be happy. I am done letting others run my life. Instead I plan on focusing on what I am passionate about.

These are the four things that I am focusing on for the next few months. My belief is that this plan will help me lead a fulfilled life. I am excited about the changes to come. As I progress I will give updates as well. Do you have any skills that you want to improve upon? If so leave them in the comments.
